Payments ~ Shipping ~ Refunds
PayPal is our preferred payment for online purchases however, we do accept personal checks and mail orders from your bank or USPS only. All personal checks must be cleared before orders are shipped. All payments must be received within 7 days after your purchase.
Shipping fees are for the actual cost charged by USPS or UPS and packaging material. To help keep shipping cost as low as possible, we try our best to use recycled packaging such as bubble wrap.
Most orders will be sent First-Class USPS Mail. As-is orders generally mailed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Personalized orders (i.e. names or dates) take 2-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to make special unique orders that require graphic design editing.
We take great care in securely wrapping breakable items but we can not take responsibility for packages once we send them on their way. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know before submitting payment. We will send you a total invoice with the total including Insurance.
If you have a special request for shipping to another country, please contact us for shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Request must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receiving your package. All refund transactions will be made through PayPal. Note most personalized or special orders are not refundable, however if your order is not as described or is not what you expected, please contact us and we will do our best to get a 100% satisfaction from you.
We do offer a No-Risk Guarantee option for you to purchase insurance on your order. If an item was damaged in shipping or for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or issue a refund upon receiving the returned package.
